Clement & Wynn provided project management assistance in facilitating the development of the Living Learning Center II (LLC2), a multi-purpose, multi-functional residential facility.

Built in 1989, this three-story facility, expandable to five-stories, boasts a 6000 sf. Conference Center, an 800 seat auditorium complete with two break-out meeting rooms, and a 50-person capacity seminar room. Residentially, LLC2 houses 198 beds, 32 singles, 83 doubles, 3 Resident Director rooms, and a Faculty apartment. The students living in LLC2 are able to enjoy a game room, a fully-functional rec room and a quiet study room.
